1. Original Work Only

All resources listed must be:

• Your own original work, or

• Properly licensed with full rights to sell or share

❌ You may not upload:

• Content copied from other creators without permission

• TES or Twinkl resources

• AI-generated content without proper editing and proof of educational value

2. Education-Focused Content

This is a platform for high-quality, useful, and student-safe resources.

✔️ Examples of allowed content:

• Lesson plans

• Revision guides

• Activities, worksheets, or PowerPoints

• Assessment materials

• Classroom management tools

❌ Not allowed:

• Inappropriate, harmful, or offensive material

• Religious or political propaganda

• Poorly formatted or incomplete files

3. File Standards

To keep standards high for students and teachers:

• Files must be clear, organised, and ready to use

• File types allowed: PDF, DOC, PPT, ZIP, or other editable formats

• Add thumbnails or preview images wherever possible

4. Pricing Policy

You set your own prices. However:

• Keep prices fair and competitive

• Free resources are welcome

• Yum Yum Mama keeps 15% commission per sale

5. Prohibited Listings

We reserve the right to remove any product that:

• Violates copyright laws

• Receives frequent negative feedback

• Is clearly low-quality or misleading

• Fails to comply with this policy

6. Revisions & Updates

You're encouraged to update your resources over time. When you do:

• Notify buyers if major improvements are made

• Maintain the quality promised in the original listing

7. Copyright & Liability

By uploading a resource, you confirm:

• You own the rights or have full permission to sell it

• You take full responsibility for your listing’s content

• Yum Yum Mama is not liable for IP violations caused by your uploads

8. Communication & Support

You agree to:

• Respond to buyer queries politely and promptly

• Maintain professionalism in all communication

9.  Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. All sellers will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard alert.
